Advice
When to start planning Usually we would recommend you starting the planning process no later than 16 weeks in advance of event date. This gives people plenty of time to organise time-off or arrange their finances. It should also give us enough time to book your chosen accommodation and activities. However it should come as no surprise that in every circumstance the earlier you book the better! Before you Book As soon as you decide on the date and location the group leader should ask all attendees what their preferred activity and entertainment is. This ensures that the majority of the group will enjoy themselves throughout the weekend (but remember- you can't please everyone!) Let everyone know what the agenda is before confirming details with us to avoid changes down the line. Upon Booking Once you book a weekend gather a list of attendees along with their contact details and give to us as soon as possible. We can now take over the payment collection if you wish. Please let all the attendees know who is responsible for cash collection- Planyourbreak or the group leader! Be On Time PlanYourBreak.com will provide you with a comprehensive itinerary that includes times and dates for each activity and appointment which must be adhered to. Failure to be on time may result in cancellation on behalf of service provider. In such cases PlanYourBreak.com will not issue a refund. Dressing Up Certain nightclubs, pubs, restaurants and activity venues do not permit hen, stag or dressing up gear in their establishment. PlanYourBreak.com will advise you of these venues before you go. Although it may be disappointing, you should listen to our recommendations to avoid refusal upon arrival. Information
Flights PlanYourBreak.com do not include flights with your package due to the high number of low-cost airlines providing cheap flights into all Irish airports. Getting the most cost efficient flights are one of the keys to getting the weekend you want at the right budget. So check out the offers to all Irish airports on www.skyscanner.net, and secure the cheapest possible flights and let us take care of the rest! Don't forget to let us know your flight information as we can also arrange airport transfers for your party!
